Welcome to the 2008 NCSL International Benchmarking Survey!

Your participation is greatly appreciated and will ensure accuracy in depicting trends in the metrology industry. The information you furnish in this survey will be consolidated and summarized by professional volunteers at NCSL International. The summarized results will be presented at the annual NCSLI Symposium and Workshop. It will also be provided in summary form to all NCSLI “Organizational Membership” to use to ascertain how their operation compares to these benchmarks. Individual and raw data will not be shared with members, or to outside persons, organizations, or companies.

Each Member Delegate/Laboratory can choose to complete one survey per lab, per site, per region, or business entity within a company or organization. For non-commercial labs, it is recommended that each surveyed lab or grouping of labs provide support to a common product/service, or at a minimum, common industry. Please select one response per question unless directed otherwise.

It is highly recommended that you print the survey to review the questions and determine your responses prior to starting the online survey. Once you have your responses ready, it should take less than 15 minutes to complete the online survey. To keep responses anonymous, incomplete surveys cannot be saved.
